The WhatsApp Business API itself is not a free product, but there is no charge to apply. Meta includes a monthly allowance of free service conversations, and any reply you send inside the 24-hour customer service window is free. Texnity also offers a free trial so you can test flows before you pay. Free "bulk WhatsApp sender" tools are unofficial and routinely get numbers banned, so we do not offer or recommend them.

The green tick is the Official Business Account badge granted by Meta, mostly on brand notability, and the older "blue tick" people mean is business verification. As an official provider, Texnity submits both requests for you and helps you meet the display-name, website and notability requirements. Approval and timing are decided by Meta, not by us or by any reseller who promises a guaranteed tick.
